We’d love to share some of our golden moments with you—those special times spent together, celebrating, achieving, and simply smiling side by side. Whether it's a quiet connection or a joyful celebration, each moment is a reminder of the strength and warmth of our community.

We have been using water colours to express ourselves and explore what parts of nature help us feel happy and calm. The children and young people displayed such wonderful use of techniques and colours.

It has been lovely to see them get in touch with nature and explore what makes them happy, whether it be animals, trees, beaches or sunsets.

We have more to share once they are dry.

It has been a wonderful day sharing birthday cake and celebrating one of our young peoples birthday.

An additional lovely surprise when a family gave us a beautiful bunch of tulips. Thank you so much!

Whilst exploring the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours we also celebrated stepping into Spring.

It was so wonderful to spend time with Pete and Steve sharing a cup of tea, cake and lots of laughter.

They have been such a tremendous support since we founded our charity.

Thank you for giving us funding to buy sensory toys and anxiety toys.

We had a lot of fun making gifts for family and friends.

We love the colours and the indiviudality of each decorations. The recipents were thrilled to recieve them. The children and young people put lots of care and thoughts into making their gifts.

They are amazing!

It was delightful for us to spend time with Phil. The Tonbridge Lions do such wonderful things and give so much support to those in our community.

He presented us with a cheque from the Tonbridge Lions to purchase arts and crafts for the children and young people we support. Thank you so much!!!

We explored differents ways to keep us calm.

We then made calming boxes -the children will now choose which fidget and calming toys they like to fill their boxes with and take them home.

We loved the different colours boxes they designed, so much creativity!

It was so lovely to meet and spend time with the staff at ASDA. They give such amazing support to good causes across the country.
